Happy New Year! We’re thrilled to start 2025 with another opportunity to make a meaningful impact in our community. Nominations are now open for the 1st Quarter of 2025!
This is your chance to nominate a local nonprofit organization that you are passionate about and that could greatly benefit from VCWWC’s support.
Nomination Guidelines:
- Only current members in good standing may submit a nomination.
- The nominated organization must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving Volusia County.
- All nominations must be submitted by February 3, 2025.
How to Nominate:
- Complete the Nomination Form:The form can be found on the VCWWC website. Simply click on the Nominate button, complete the form, and submit.
- Submit Required Documents:If the nonprofit’s required documents were previously submitted, approved, and are still current, you do not need to resubmit them—simply complete the Nomination Form.
As the Nominator:
If your nominated nonprofit is selected, you will be asked to present at the February 13 Quarterly Meeting. Here’s what to prepare:
- Presentation Time: 10 minutes.
- Key Focus: Clearly and concisely explain how the funds would be used and who will benefit.
- Q&A: Leave time to answer any questions from fellow members.
We encourage you to take a moment to reflect on organizations you are passionate about and be prepared to clearly present their story and impact.
