We’re just one week away from VCWWC’S 7th Anniversary Celebration and 4th Quarter Meeting, at the Halifax River Yacht Club!
Here’s everything you need to know:
Arrival Time: You’re welcome to begin arriving as early as 4:30 PM, with the hosted reception officially running from 5:00 to 6:00 PM. Valet parking lines may get long, so please be prepared. Additional parking is available in the lot across the street, on the street, and in the lot next to the fire station (just avoid reserved spaces).
Special Guests & Photos: Ms. Florida, Cassana Fink, will be joining us at the reception, providing wonderful photo opportunities. We’re excited to have Lunar Studio as our photographer for the evening, so there will be plenty of great photos to capture the memories. If you take photos yourself, please remember to tag them with #VCWWC on social media!
Drink Tickets: To help reduce wait times at the bar, drink tickets can be purchased in advance and will be provided at registration.
Meeting Start Time: The goal is to begin the meeting promptly at 6:00 PM. Prepare to be inspired by presentations from three incredible charities and to select the 4th Quarter grant recipient.
Exciting Drawings: The evening will also feature special recognition and our 4th Quarter drawing for a fabulous week-long getaway in North Carolina and season tickets to the Daytona Beach Symphony!
