3rd Quarter Charity Nominations Open July 1st

VCWWC members—your voice matters! Starting July 1, you can nominate a local nonprofit for our 3rd quarter (2025) grants. Visit vcwwc.org , click on and complete the Nomination Form, attach the required documents and submit:

  • IRS 501(c)(3) letter
  • Florida nonprofit registration
  • Solicitation of Contributions letter

Already submitted in a previous quarter?
If you’ve submitted the required documents before and want to nominate the same organization this quarter, you only need to complete the form—no need to resend attachments if they are still current.

Sheila Jordan will follow up to confirm your nomination is complete or reach out with any questions.

NONPROFIT NOMINATION FORM

Volusa County Women Who Care (VCWWC) Members ONLY. As a VCWWC member, you have a special privilege: the chance to nominate charities. To do so, you need to have donated in the previous quarter and be present and prepared to precent at the quarterly meeting if your charity is chosen. This ensures that our active members are involved in selecting and presenting charities, keeping our community engagement strong.
