VCWWC/ReMax Food Drive for DSC Falcon Hope Center

Happy Monday! Today kicks off the Restock the Pantry Food Drive for The Falcon Hope Center, for Daytona State College homeless students.

Also, we are a little over a week away from the Visitation House Check Presentation, Tour and Baby and Mommy Shower, 9-25, 4:00 PM! Hope to see you there!

More about the Food Drive:

Here is a list of preferred items:

  • Protein Products: Tuna, canned chicken, Vienna sausages, Spam, beef jerky, peanut butter, etc.
  • Individual, Microwaveable Meal Items: Chef Boyardee, Easy Mac, Cup Noodles, Ramen, etc.
  • Breakfast Items: Oatmeal cups, cereal cups, fruit cups, etc.

Cash Donations: If you would prefer to give cash to The Falcon Hope Center you can Donate. (see qr code below)

Gift Card: often you accumulate points on your credit cards, or it is easier for you to pick up a gift card to donate. Simply drop the gift card at one of the sites or mail it to: The Falcon Hope Center, Daytona State College1200 W. International Speedway Blvd, Building # 130 Daytona Beach, FL 32114!

A special thank you to Kandi Schromm, VCWWC Board Member, who generously donated a gift card to kickstart the shopping effort.

For your convenience, Kandi kindly offered three REMAX Signature Offices as drop-off locations for food donations starting Monday, Sept. 16 running through September 30, 9am-5pm.
