Volusa County Women Who Care (VCWWC) Members ONLY. As a VCWWC member, you have a special privilege: the chance to nominate charities. To do so, you need to have donated in the previous quarter and be present and prepared to precent at the quarterly meeting if your charity is chosen. This ensures that our active members are involved in selecting and presenting charities, keeping our community engagement strong.

I understand that the nominating member must attend the quarterly meeting in person. If I cannot attend, I will notify VCWWC, and the nomination will be removed from consideration.

I understand that each presenting member has a total of 10 minutes to present and answer questions about the organization, including its mission, who will be served, how funds will be used, and what difference the funding will make.

I understand that members vote immediately following the presentations, and the organization receiving the majority of votes will receive the collective quarterly member grant.

I understand that through the Community Partner Impact Fund, the two organizations not selected are eligible to receive a sustaining grant once per calendar year and may continue to be renominated until they are selected to receive the primary member-funded grant.

I understand that if an organization receives the primary member-funded grant, it must wait 36 months before becoming eligible for nomination again.
