We’re thrilled to announce a series of events celebrating the incredible impact of our VCWWC Members and Community Partners. This is your chance to see firsthand how your support transforms lives and to hear inspiring stories from our local heroes.


Special Tour & Check Presentations

Mark Your Calendars!
Join us for a special tour and check presentation honoring 1 Ohana 1 Community—a remarkable organization founded by a retired police officer dedicated to uplifting our community. During this event, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Discover the Mission: Learn how 1 Ohana 1 Community provides emergency care packages for foster kids, runs a free clothing shop for families in need, and offers essential assistance to foster teens aging out of the system.
  • Witness the Impact: Tour the facilitie and see firsthand how your contributions make a real difference every day.
  • Celebrate Community Partners: We will be presenting $1,000 grants from the VCWWC Community Partner Impact Fund to two outstanding organizations:
    • Volusia Volunteers in Medicine
    • The Hub on Canal

Charity Nomination Form

for 501(c)(3) Organizations

Volusa County Women Who Care (VCWWC) Members ONLY. As a VCWWC member, you have a special privilege: the chance to nominate charities. To do so, you need to have donated in the previous quarter and be present and prepared to precent at the quarterly meeting if your charity is chosen. This ensures that our active members are involved in selecting and presenting charities, keeping our community engagement strong.

Attach copies of the following documentation:

  • IRS letter designating said organization as a 501(c)(3)
  • Florida Division of Corporations letter indicating said organization is a registered non-profit in Florida
  • Permit for Solicitation of Contributions, issued by Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services
