VCWWC.Quarterly Meeting.Q4-8th Anniversary Celebration-Vote.Give.Impact

We’ll kick off with a festive celebration & social—time to mingle, snap photos, and share stories of impact—followed by our 4th Quarter Meeting.

During the meeting, three member-nominated, qualified nonprofits will present. Members will vote to award the quarterly grant, and the Community Partner Impact Fund (CPIF) will provide sustaining grants to the two nonprofits not selected—so every presenter receives meaningful support.

Guests and prospective members are welcome. You can join on the spot and vote that night—or simply observe the process. Current members: please plan to make your $100 quarterly contribution (via Grapevine or check).

We’ll recognize milestone achievements, thank our sponsors, founders, and volunteers, elect the 2026 Board of Governors, and take an 8th-anniversary group photo to mark the moment. Come celebrate, connect, and help direct funding where it’s needed most.

Volusa County Women Who Care (VCWWC) Members ONLY. As a VCWWC member, you have a special privilege: the chance to nominate charities. To do so, you need to have donated in the previous quarter and be present and prepared to precent at the quarterly meeting if your charity is chosen. This ensures that our active members are involved in selecting and presenting charities, keeping our community engagement strong.
