Preparation Checklist

  • Mark Your Calendar: February 13, 2025, at 5:00 PM,
    • presenting sponsor Daytona Toyota and Deland Kia
  • Location: The Mori Hosseini Center, 1200 W. International Speedway, Daytona State College
  • Invite a Friend: The more, the merrier!
  • Charity Nominees: Be prepared to present your nomination.
  • Arrive at 5:00 PM: for Registration and to Tour the 2025 Cultuvue Exhibit.

Festive Agenda

  • 5:00 PM: Check-in with light hors d’oeuvres and drinks courtesy of The Root Family Foundation.
  • 5:00 – 6:00 PM: Enjoy the 2025 Cultuvue Exhibit, network, and socialize. * Note drinks and refreshments are not allowed in the Museum. You may choose to tour first and grab your drink and food and take it into the meeting.
  • 6:00 PM: Meeting kick-off with 10-minute presentations from three nominated charities.
  • Voting: Choose the charity to support.
  • 7:00 PM: Meeting wraps up.

  • Exclusive Exhibit Tour: Join the tour of the 2025 Cultuvue Exhibit.
  • Engaging Presentations: Listen to charity nominees and cast your vote.

Volusa County Women Who Care (VCWWC) Members ONLY. As a VCWWC member, you have a special privilege: the chance to nominate charities. To do so, you need to have donated in the previous quarter and be present and prepared to precent at the quarterly meeting if your charity is chosen. This ensures that our active members are involved in selecting and presenting charities, keeping our community engagement strong.
