For VCWWC Quarterly Member Grant or Community Partner Impact Fund (CPIF) recipients

Congratulations! Your organization has been voted by Volusia County Women Who Care (VCWWC) members to receive their donations or to receive a grant from the VCWWC CPIF.

This form confirms your acceptance and gathers the details we need to announce your award, process payment, and coordinate simple follow-ups that help us spotlight your work.

Who should complete this form: An authorized representative who can confirm organizational permissions, and serve as the primary contact for scheduling and communications.

Receiving Funds & Acknowledgement Process

  • Fund Distribution:
    • Grant funds will be distributed through Grapevine/Bill.com (monthly) or by checks from VCWWC and individual members.
  • Fund Recap:
    • VCWWC will provide the Member Grant Recipient with a recap of the total funds received and their sources.
  • Direct Donations:
    • If a member sends their $100 donation (or any additional contribution) directly to your organization, please notify treasurer@vcwwc.org so the member can be properly credited for their gift.
  • Acknowledgements:
    • VCWWC will provide a list of donor members and their email addresses.
    • Please send an acknowledgement (including the donation amount) to members who did not donate via Grapevine/Bill.com.
    • Important: Do not add member names or contact information to your database unless the member expressly requests it.

Why we’re requesting this information:

  • Publicity & Recognition:
    Your logo, photos, and organizational description allow us to thank you publicly through our website, social media, press, and printed materials, and invite our members to engage with your mission. We also encourage you to acknowledge VCWWC’s support on your own website, social media, or other appropriate channels. By sharing our partnership, you help raise visibility for both your organization and the collective impact we are creating together.
  • If you are the recipient of the Quarterly Member Grant or the Community Partner Impact Fund Grant, please complete the fields labeled accordingly.
  • Coordination: A single point of contact helps us schedule a short WAPN 91.5 radio interview, schedule the check presentation & tour and film the presentation. We ask that the Quarterly Member Grant recipients, attend the next VCWWC meeting to thank members and draw the next three presenters.
  • VCWWC will provide the Member Grant recipient with a list of members to acknowledge. NOTE: Do not add the names or contact information of the members to your database unless expressly requested by the member.

Grant-type guidance:

  • If you were selected as the Quarterly Member Grant recipient, please complete the fields labeled “Quarterly Member Grant Requirements.”
  • If your award is a CPIF grant, please complete the fields labeled “CPIF Requirements.”

If your organization is eligible, VCWWC will apply on your behalf for additional grants.

We will apply to Richard M. Schulze Family Foundation (RMSFF) for the Member Grant Recipient. RMSFF may contact you to verify the amount raised at the VCWWC meeting please indicate $10,000. Their program typically provides a 50% match on the first $10,000 raised . (i.e., up to $5,000) If granted, you will receive a check directly from their foundation, typically at the end of each quarter.

In addition, VCWWC will pursue other available matching or enhancement grants for both Quarterly Member Grant and CPIF recipients whenever possible.

Volusa County Women Who Care (VCWWC) Members ONLY. As a VCWWC member, you have a special privilege: the chance to nominate charities. To do so, you need to have donated in the previous quarter and be present and prepared to precent at the quarterly meeting if your charity is chosen. This ensures that our active members are involved in selecting and presenting charities, keeping our community engagement strong.
